It took decades of dedication and many years of refining the formulation and proprietary extraction process before Canna Joint Relief ever saw the light of day.
Canna Joint Relief began its life over 25 years ago in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Northern California where founder, Julie Dennis Fox, lived and started experimenting with cannabis infused formulations.
She focused her attention on botanical science and research, as well as exploring herbal traditions from all over the world.
She put her decades of dedication into Canna Joint Relief.
DISCOVERING CBD
CBD, or cannabidiol, is a chemical compound called a cannabinoid, which is found in the cannabis plant. The cannabis plant actually contains a lot of different cannabinoids, and CBD is one of them. The CBD in CJR comes from the cannabis plant known as hemp.
Hemp is naturally rich in CBD. This type of hemp is also known as “industrial hemp” because it was initially grown, in part, for a strong and resilient fiber. In fact, the first American flag was crafted on this type of fiber.
CBD interacts with our internal system known as the endocannabinoid system, which may help maintain and support our physiological health. Within this endocannabinoid system there are cannabinoid receptor sites.
CBD is said to act on various receptor sites, including these cannabinoid receptor sites, which may help regulate mood, our senses, cognition, motivation, pain and pain regulation according to preliminary and emerging research.*
